All prices in USD, billed monthly by Oakgrounds Inc. Invoices are payable online by card or bank transfer through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Additional departments beyond plan limits are billed per weekly run at published overage rates — ask us for the current rate card.

Terms, privacy & cancellation

GrantSignalAI is a software subscription service provided by Oakgrounds Inc. ("Oakgrounds") to organizations ("Customers"). Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance at the published plan rate and grant the Customer access to weekly grant intelligence reports for the number of departments included in the plan.

Reports and scoring are informational tools to support the Customer's own grant-seeking work. Oakgrounds does not guarantee the award of any grant, the accuracy or continued availability of third-party funding listings, or particular funding outcomes. Customers are responsible for verifying opportunity details, eligibility, and deadlines with the issuing funder before applying.

Customers may not resell or redistribute reports outside their organization except as expressly provided by their plan (e.g., Agency plans serving named client organizations). Oakgrounds may update these terms with notice; continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.

We collect the information needed to run the service: organization and department profiles, contact details for report delivery and billing, and feedback submitted on reports. Payment card and bank details are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, and are never stored on Oakgrounds systems.

We use department profile information solely to generate and improve your reports. We do not sell customer data, and we do not share it with third parties except service providers necessary to operate the product (such as payment processing and email delivery), or where required by law.

Customers may request a copy or deletion of their organization's data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All plans are month-to-month. You may cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. There are no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment.

Because reports are delivered weekly from the start of each billing period, fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once reports have been delivered. If something has gone wrong — a billing error, a service failure, or a report you never received — contact us and we will make it right, including a refund or credit where appropriate.
